Scope of use

Bwork Station is for the owner's private use and accounts whose owners authorize access. These public pages provide information only. They do not display email or provide sign-in or access to the private system.

Gmail access

Each account owner must consent through Google. The requested permission is gmail.readonly, which allows reading messages and settings. This permission covers the entire mailbox. Organizing messages by company inside the application does not limit Google's permission to a label or folder.

The approved function is a bounded manual review of company mail: up to 5 inbox messages per account, using metadata and a snippet of at most 1200 characters, without fetching attachments or full message bodies. The owner can also classify the latest 10 inbox messages from the mixed personal and work account without applying a Gmail label manually. Tair's classifier processes that metadata and those snippets, which may include personal messages, to identify work mail and its company. Only summaries of clearly attributed work messages enter company reports and Masoud's coordination. Personal and uncertain messages are excluded from those reports; uncertain items enter a private owner-review queue with source reference and review reason only. This is internal association, not moving or forwarding messages in Gmail. It does not cover the full mailbox archive. Periodic synchronization and sending are not currently active.

Google API data and Limited Use

Google API data is used only for the owner-authorized purpose described here. The application does not sell this data or use it for advertising, advertising profiles or training general-purpose AI models.

On the owner's decision to run a review, snippets and metadata are sent to OpenAI through Hermes and the ChatGPT Pro subscription for summaries and internal reply proposals. Real-mail processing waits for confirmation that subscription content is excluded from model improvement. Subscription settings and the provider's policies also govern processing. Disabling assistant memory does not eliminate session history.

Storage and protection

Connection credentials and authorization tokens are stored in private server-side files, separate from the public website. During a review, Hermes stores run inputs and session history; results and source identifiers are stored in private files and the owner's private Paperclip board. Email and results are not published on this website.

There is no automatic deletion, retention schedule or guaranteed backup system for these results and logs; the operator deletes them manually on request. Google authorization may expire or be revoked; permanent validity is not promised.

Revocation and deletion

An account owner can revoke Bwork Station's permission in the Google Account settings for connections to third-party apps. The owner may request deletion of stored connection credentials and technical records using the contact email below. The operator performs deletion manually. Revoking permission does not automatically delete server-side files. Deleting connection data does not delete original messages in Gmail.
